Greetings from the Indian Society of Cleft Lip Palate and Craniofacial Anomalies (ISCLPCA).

It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to the 25^th Annual Conference of the ISCLPCA – INDOCLEFTCON 2027, to be held from 1^st to 4^th April 2027 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amritsar.

As we celebrate the Silver Jubilee of our Society's annual conference, it is both an honour and a privilege to welcome you to the Holy City of Amritsar—a city that symbolizes faith, selfless service, resilience, and unity. Home to the iconic Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) and renowned for its rich heritage and warm hospitality, Amritsar provides the perfect setting for learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

The theme of INDOCLEFTCON 2027 is "Learn - Excel - Transform." This theme reflects our commitment to lifelong learning, striving for excellence in multidisciplinary cleft and craniofacial care, and transforming lives through innovation, research, collaboration, and compassionate patient care. As we commemorate twenty-five years of scientific excellence, we reaffirm our dedication to advancing knowledge while nurturing the next generation of clinicians and researchers.

The scientific programme will feature distinguished national and international faculty, pre- conference workshops, keynote lectures, panel discussions, debates, free paper sessions, and interactive learning opportunities designed to enrich every participant's experience.

Registration Details

Registration Cancellation Policy

On or before 31^st January 2027: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. A 25% administrative charge will be deducted.
From 1^st February 2027 to 10^th March 2027: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 11^th March 2027 onwards: No refund will be permitted.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Secretariat from the registered email address.
Refunds will be processed within 30–45 days after the conference to the original mode of payment or the bank account provided by the delegate.
Transfer of registration to another delegate will not be permitted.
Registration fees for workshops are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
If the conference is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (force majeure), registrations will normally be carried forward to the revised dates. Refunds, if any, will be subject to the Organizing Committee's policy.
